Niezale&#380;nie  w r&oacute;&#380;nych organizacjach stosowano szerok&#261; gam&#281; podobnych metod. Metoda Pokerowa by&#322;a ci&#261;gle udoskonalana, i sta&#322;a si&#281; pe&#322;nowarto&#347;ciowym narz&#281;dziem wykorzystywanym przez grupy projektowe.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Jak to dzia&#322;a?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>W metodzie tej do wyceny Historyjki U&#380;ytkownika (ang. User Story) nie u&#380;ywamy czasu pracy jaki potrzebny jest na jej zrealizowanie. Zamiast tego stosujemy tzw. Punkty Historyjkowe (ang. Czasami do talii wchodz&#261; jeszcze dwie karty: &bdquo;?&rdquo; kt&oacute;ry okre&#347;la, &#380;e cz&#322;onek zespo&#322;u nie potrafi okre&#347;li&#263; z&#322;o&#380;ono&#347;ci danej historyjki oraz &bdquo;kawa&rdquo; oznaczaj&#261;ca i&#380; zesp&oacute;&#322; jest zm&#281;czony, ma do&#347;&#263; i oczekuje chwili przerwy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planning Poker bazuje na technice por&oacute;wnywania.
