Nie kontroluję!<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Przeszliśmy na pracę zdalną. Spotkałem się ostatnio z moim znajomym i zapytał mnie: „Jak kontrolujesz godziny pracy ludzi w zespole?”. Ja odpowiedziałem – nie mam takiej potrzeby. Nie muszę kontrolować czy ktoś pracuje czy nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jakim cudem?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Zastosowanie zwinnego podejścia do pracy oraz partnerskie traktowanie członków zespołu spowodowało, że nie mam takiej potrzeby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My nie dowozimy godzin pracy. Dowozimy wartość<\/a> i jakość dla klient<\/a>a. Dzięki zaangażowaniu i transparentności zespół wie, co chce dowieźć i jak zaplanować sobie pracę. Każdy członek zespołu stara się, aby w wyznaczonym terminie dostarczyć wyznaczony przez siebie zakres prac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nie liczymy godzin – godziny pracy są elastyczne.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Oczywiście do samego rozliczenia godziny pracy są naliczane, ale nie są wykorzystywane w żaden sposób do kontroli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jak to wpływa na pracę?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Każdy projekt jest dostarczany na wysokim poziomie, każdy klient<\/a> (partner) jest zadowolony z efektów, każdy członek zespołu wie, że liczy na niego pozostała część zespołu. A dod<\/a>atkowo, zawsze znajdujemy czas na samorozwój.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
