Ale widziałem też drugą stronę medalu – narzędzia przekształcone w biurokratyczne potwory, źródła frustracji, a nawet hamulce prawdziwej zwinności. Problem rzadko leży w samych narzędziach. Częściej tkwi w tym, jak ich używamy, jakie intencje za tym stoją i jakie pułapki – czyli anty-wzorce – na siebie zastawiamy. Pamiętaj, narzędzia są dla ludzi, a nie ludzie dla narzędzi. Jako Agile Coach, moją rolą jest pomagać zespołom dostrzegać te pułapki i świadomie kształtować swoje środowisko pracy, w tym również sposób korzystania z technologii. Bo dobrze dobrane i mądrze używane narzędzie potrafi być prawdziwym game-changerem. Używane bezrefleksyjnie, staje się tylko kolejną przeszkodą na drodze do zwinności.
